This jawfish comes from the Eastern Pacific, but has become somewhat difficult to import. It is somewhat hearty, although disease prone, and a fairly good eater, accepting most foods. It is a good localized sand stirrer and compatible with same or like species as long as there is enough sand area. It is reef compatible and a fair shipper.
