This gobi comes from the Western Pacific to the Indian Ocean. It is fairly hearty and a fairly good eater, accepting most foods. It is passive and compatible with same or like species, as long as there are enough available territories. This is one of the smaller gobies, though the Indian Ocean variety tends to be larger. It is a good reef fish and a fair shipper.
