This fish comes mainly from the Indian Ocean. It is fairly hearty and a fairly good eater, once settled in the aquarium. It is fairly passive, however, it may eat very small tankmates. It is compatible with same or like species and may even school in larger aquariums. This fish is reef compatible in some cases and is a fairly good shipper.
