This group of damsels come mainly from the Western Pacific. They are very hearty and good eaters, accepting almost all foods. In most cases these fish are used to age or cycle an aquarium. They are aggressive and not compatible with same or like species. Other than being aggressive and territorial, they are reef compatible. Most damsels are somewhat poor shippers.
