This gobi comes from the Western Pacific and the Indian Ocean. It is hearty and a good eater, accepting most foods. It is passive and compatible with same or like species, doing well in pairs. This is one of the best sand stirrers, working on all of the substrate. It does however, require frequent feedings It is a good reef fish and a fair shipper.
